Transload Solutions:
The bullet-style pneumatic magnetic line is engineered to maintain consistent pressure without any loss or drop as the product flows through. It features a ball-valve adjustment to control the flow speed,addressing potential product chunks that can accumulate on the sides of railcars. As these chunks build up on the screen, the velocity can increase,which can be managed by adjusting the ball-valve. Client : Trans-loading customer, looking to insure no contamination from the rail car to the truck.
Objective : Detect and collect metal contaminants between rail cars being used for product storage and transfer to pneumatic trailers for transport to end user. Secondary use validates ingredients being brought into the plant have no contaminates. Customer wanted the unit to be portable for both manual movement on muddy track sideservice and at their receiving silos.
Solution: The Pneumatic Line Magnet has a cylindrical magnetic field with seven elevated poles and a lightweight cone diverter. This design efficiently collects metal particles and holds them outside of the product stream until cleaning, allowing for continuous product flow.Highlighted features include the tall, angled poles for better performance and to prevent wash-off, the quick-clean design door with DE-STA-CO clamps, theSani-Tight™ Gasket for a leak-proof seal, and the increased pole count provides multiple opportunities for fines recovery.
